THE STORY

Inspired by family, friends, nature, and spirit, Artist Lounge was created with a vision: to build a welcoming, inclusive space where creativity can truly flourish. More than just a studio, it’s a community hub where artists, dancers, and musicians of all ages and abilities come together to connect, grow, and sharpen their craft—using our programs and services as stepping stones toward building their own artistic legacy.

We offer a wide range of programs for artists of every discipline—art classes for kids and adults, specialized art sessions for individuals with special needs, a dynamic performing arts curriculum featuring group violin and cello instruction, and expressive dance classes led by passionate, experienced instructors.

We also honor the mind-body connection through meditative movement, beginning our mornings with two calming, no-rush yoga sessions, followed by two energizing kickboxing classes designed to inspire strength, balance, and confidence.

Our vibrant weekly calendar includes:
🎨 Adult Paint, Sip & Dance Nights – unwind, create, and connect in a fun, social atmosphere.
🥐 Saturday Morning Breakfast & Art for All Ages – a family-friendly creative morning with art, food, and inspiration.
💃 Community Social Hours & Special Needs Volunteer Events – free gatherings that promote inclusion, friendship, and creative expression.

Throughout the year, we host:
🌟 Semi-Annual Showcases where students share their talents and progress
🎻 Professional String Trio or Jazz Trio for Hire, perfect for weddings, receptions, and private events
🖼️ Monthly Featured Artist Spotlights, celebrating local voices in music, dance, and visual art
🏛️ Studio Rentals for Rehearsals, Fundraisers, and Special Events, providing an inspiring venue for creativity and community

We’re proud to offer a Student Volunteer Program, allowing performing arts students to earn credits toward their tuition. Additionally, our Artist Lounge Special Needs Volunteers Program, presented in partnership with Ability Family Services, provides individuals with special needs the opportunity to volunteer in meaningful ways—plus a free weekly Social Hour to foster connection and joy.

For advanced musicians, our specialized string program supports professional development and performance readiness.
