Artist Lounge — Return & Refund Policy

Performing Arts Classes (Art, Dance Choreography and Violin Ensemble)
We offer a 15-day full refund from the date of purchase for all performing arts class enrollments. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within this period.

Fitness Classes (Yoga and Kickboxing)
All fitness class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.

Special Event Tickets (Paint Nights, Fundraisers, Workshops, etc.)
Special event tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to a future event date one time, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event start time.
