Meet Our Mindful Fitness Instructors:
GEENA LORENZO
Geena is a multidisciplinary artist and certified yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in movement and performance. Passionate about leadership and personal growth, she guides others with authenticity and care on their individual journeys.
In 2021, she founded her entertainment company, GEE, as a natural extension of her career as a professional dancer and performing artist in Los Angeles. Geena completed her 200-hour teacher training with YogaWorks in 2018 and has been teaching and deepening her own practice ever since.

KAELIE OSORIO
Kaelie is a movement-based artist with a passion for blending yoga, sound healing, dance, and various art forms into a holistic practice. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification in Hatha and Ashtanga in Rishikesh, India, where she underwent a deeply traditional and immersive training experience.
With a professional background in dance, Kaelie weaves artistry and movement into her yoga classes, creating a welcoming space that encourages intuitive expression. Her teaching invites students of all levels to explore, connect, and move freely-without expectations or judgment.
Kaelie believes that yoga is for every body, and her mission is to guide students toward balance, creativity, and self-discovery through mindful movement.

SENSEI JASON YORRICK
With over 25 years of experience, sensei Jason Yorrick is a highly respected striking coach and former full-contact competitor in MMA, Kickboxing, and sanshou. He brings mastery in Boxing, Taekwondo, wing chun, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, ninjutsu, and judo, offering students a well rounded and powerful approach to martial artis.
